Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times and costs will be specified at checkout. Most orders are fabricated and shipped within 5-7  days. Customers will be notified of any potential delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure.

Returns and Refunds

• Please review our Return Policy for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• General returns are accepted up to 1 week after item is received, no questions asked.
• No limit on returns for exchange of defective items.
• Defective items must be shipped back to McClane Defense Co for evaluation after return authorization from McClane Defense Co.
• All returns can be initiated  via email or phone. 
• Once evaluated as defective, customers will receive a refund or replacement item within 7-10 business days. 10-15% restocking fee for non-defective items or canceled orders (This includes non-refundable Credit Card transaction fees)
• No returns on special custom orders, clearance, and Blem items
